Core platform work on MadConnect, a no-code data connectivity platform that moves audience, event and reporting data between data stores and ad-tech destinations.
- Designed and built multi-tenant enterprise SSO on Zitadel (OIDC) with federation to customers' own Okta or Microsoft Entra ID, rolled out account by account behind a feature flag.
- Rebuilt pricing into configurable credit-based plans (1, 2 and 3 year terms plus pay-as-you-go) with a credit drawdown engine, rollover and usage dashboards.
- Added transfer success and failure alerts to the SQS-triggered connector-events AWS Lambda using Novu, with per-connection rules and run summaries.
- Packaged connector onboarding as a reusable Claude skill that turns requirement docs into registry SQL.
